Project A&R was founded in late 2024 by young music industry mogul, Blake Benson. We exist to allow real music industry talent to be heard by millions around the world.

After seeing success in the digital marketing and social media space over the past 5 years, Blake decided it was time to launch his vision into a company. Whether it's gaining hundreds of thousands of followers on Hypeandhiphop, building communities for Overtime, building digital presence for ONEFOUR and Emotional Oranges, working on tour campaigns for Glass Animals or organically distributing content to audiences of millions on social media for Ed Sheeran and Sir Elton John, Blake has gained music industry experience well ahead of his years.

Blake has also quickly become a trusted source of upcoming talent for multiple labels and management companies. After gaining the attention of major labels for spotlighting talent early in their career and working as an A&R consultant for the likes of Eddie Franzoni (Founder of YTK Media), he shows promising signs as a future industry leader.

Project A&R has the vision of becoming the largest independent music and entertainment provider in the world. "We aim to venture further into the broader music & entertainment space.
